Some Salesforce jobs don't need a large consultancy or an ongoing support contract. They just need an experienced pair of hands to understand the problem, work out what needs doing and get it sorted.

Small projects might include improving an existing process, building reports or dashboards, making a set of Salesforce changes, tidying or importing data, or improving an existing automation.
What might it cost?
Every project is different, so I price the work rather than simply selling blocks of hours. We'll agree the scope first and you'll receive a fixed price before deciding whether to go ahead.

A straightforward piece of work taking around half a day might cost in the region of £300.

Something smaller may cost less; something more involved will cost more. If significant investigation or scoping is needed before I can price the work properly, I'll tell you first.

I can take care of routine administration, small changes and improvements, help with user questions, and keep an eye on the things that otherwise tend to build up when nobody has Salesforce as their main job.
How does it work?
We'll agree the kind of help you're likely to need and what's included. You can then send me routine Salesforce requests as they come up, without needing to scope and quote every small job separately.

The monthly fee keeps the service in place whether you have several routine requests in a particular month or don't need any help at all.

If something comes up that's larger than routine administration, I'll let you know before starting it and we can agree whether to treat it as a separate project.

Before starting Fractional Salesforce Admin, I'll spend some focused time getting to know your Salesforce setup, how it's currently managed and the kind of help you're likely to need.

Some requirements are straightforward enough to understand during our initial conversation. Others need a little more investigation before I can confidently recommend what to do next or give you a fair price.
Not every project needs a paid review
If I can understand and confidently scope what you need through the free Discovery and normal follow-up, I'll simply give you a price for the work. I'll only recommend a paid Scoping Review where the requirement genuinely needs a closer look.
