Meeting recordings are used for note-taking and reviewing matters discussed during the meeting. They are not intended to form a permanent record and are normally deleted once our notes have been completed and checked, and in any event within 14 days of the meeting.

We may retain limited information on a suppression list where necessary to ensure that we respect a request not to contact you again.

  • Where we provide services to you, relevant contracts, project records and correspondence may normally be retained for up to six years after our relationship or the relevant work ends. Financial and accounting records are retained for the periods required by law.

  • Information held solely for the purpose of carrying out work within a client's Salesforce environment, such as temporary data exports or working files, is deleted when it is no longer required for that work in accordance with our client data-handling arrangements.
